Colorado bike racing season is underway!

This weekend two races started off the season, first the Fort Collins Frostbite TT which was also the opener for the Tom Danielson Junior Cup Series It appears from the ACA results that the Eckmann family, both Robin and Yannick took the lead.

Then the annual smack down on Stazio Crit
I watched the "kiddies" go since my son was in it. I want to give a special thanks to the Rio Grande Junior squad, they were hanging with my son while warming up and that made him feel awesome! I also watch part of the senior mens open field, very exicting to see some big names and teams in the field like Scott Moniniger, Tejay van Gardern, Taylor Phinney (and of course mom and dad there to watch) and they had team SlipsStream, BMC and vitamen cottage show a good team size there too. No wrecks that I saw which is great considering the road conditions.
